                Lifetime Membership Application Form
 

B'nai Israel Congregation is proud to announce a Lifetime Membership is now available.

As of April 1, 2010 the additional kiddishes and Book of Remembrances ads are NO LONGER BEING OFFERED with the Lifetime Membership.

Online Payment for these plans can be done using the Donations page and using Google Payment, or you may request to pay via invoice by email or postal mail or you may pay over the phone by calling the office at 410-732-5454.
 

NEW: Automatic Credit Card Payments are now available. You can now elect to have your credit card charged on a regular basis of weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. This optional feature allows you to donate on a regular basis or to spread out your donation over a period of time. To elect this option please download, print and send to B'nai Israel Congregation by mail or fax the Automatic Credit Card Billing Authorization Form.
 

B'nai Israel Congregation is now accepting Credit Card Payment via secure server from an e-mailed invoice Pledge invoice. Credit cards can also be used to pay for a donation via telephone by calling the office. You can now call the office and make a pledge and with a valid e-mail address and your donation Pledge invoice will be mailed to you with the ability to pay online at your convenience.

Pricing Schedule:

Memberships can be paid in full at time of application or can be paid out over a longer period of time up to 35 months after the initial down payment has been paid. Members may opt to pay sooner, but all payments must be made by the end of the 35th month.

Lifetime Membership single w/o High Holiday ticket: $3000
Cost: $1000 down, $57.14/mo for 35 mos.

Lifetime Membership single w/ High Holiday ticket: $4500
Cost: $1500 down, $85.71/mo for 35 mos.

Lifetime Membership married w/o High Holiday tickets: $3000
Cost: $1000 down, $57.14/mo for 35 mos. 

Lifetime Membership married w/ High Holiday tickets: $6000
Cost: $2000 down, $114.28/mo for 35 mos.

Lifetime Associate Membership $2500
Cost: $835 down $47.57/mo for 35 mos.

Life Memberships:
    Just for that person/spouse lifetimes ONLY.
    Surviving spouse as long as they are alive can give high holiday ticket away or may give back to shul to resell, until  
    they pass away, both tickets revert back to the shul to resell.
